How does personalization work?
Many of our pieces can be personalized. Look for the "Personalize" or "Customise" option on the product page. This typically includes options for engraving names, dates, special messages, or selecting specific birthstones. Follow the prompts to enter your desired personalization details.
What kind of personalization options do you offer?
Our personalization options vary by item but generally include:
- Engraving (names, initials, dates, messages)
- Choice of metal colour (e.g., yellow, white, rose gold)
- Selection of gemstones (e.g., birthstones, diamond grades)
- Specific chain lengths or ring sizes. Please refer to the individual product page for available options.
Can I create a completely custom piece that isn't shown on your website?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
How long does it take to create a personalized or custom order?
Personalized items typically require around 4 business days for crafting before shipping. Once made, they will need to be shipped which can take up to 8 days, in total delivery times are 8-12 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery online.
How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired jewellery item, choose any personalization options, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your shipping and payment information.
